Samantha graduated with High Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University in 2000 with dual B.A. degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations and Sociology, with Honors in Sociology. Samantha was also a Schreyer Honors Scholar at Penn State.

 

Samantha graduated summa cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2003 with a Juris Doctor degree.  While at Dickinson she was inducted into the Woolsack Society and served as an Articles Editor for the Dickinson Law Review. 

 

Samantha has been serving clients in the Tioga County area for over fifteen years.
